Default Twin turbo LS7 Z06 guru help please!

we'll be boosting a 7.0 LS7 crate engine (same as Z06) and after much reading on the forum could use a little specific opinions from the folks that have been there on something similar

this is mid-engine in a tube chassis with the turbos running above the manifolds
looking for 850-900 at the wheels on 94 octane if possible, no water injection and would like it streetable, starts runs idles in all weather

so... which companies can do a good job and what are the reccomendations on which turbo and engine mods?
heard good things about schwartz

thank you!

I don't see a stock LS7 liking that kind of power and lasting.(stock internals).

The car weighs nothing so what's another 90lbs??? Nothing wrong with a ERL sleeved 6 bolt 427 though.

Sell the shortblock and use the ERL superdeck. Aluminum, vastly stronger liners and block webbing, and 6 bolt head clamping.

Stock LS7's have been known to crack cylinder liners even in na form.

Since you have a crate motor there, why not just sell it (or return it if you can) to get something more appropriate for your combo...like some of the option previously stated. It will save you money. No point in tearing apart a crate motor to do something completely different then what it was intended for. A LS3 block is far more stronger than the LS7.

On the other hand, if you're dead set on the LS7 block I would have it resleeved by RED and install a forged rotating assembly. That should handle the power you want with no problem.

good points
i think its coming down to either a re-sleeved block on the LS7 which could easily handle the power or just building something up from the GMPP catalog

if i were to build something up and it has to be minimum 427 or bigger displacement aluminum and LS with a dry sump what does my long block build sheet look like presuming i want a reliable but part cost and labor conscious end result
appreciate the help
thks

handy catalog download for the GM bits http://www.chevroletperformance.com/Parts/catalog.jsp
