It actually has a newer Hypertech programmer in it, still have the box and papers. Other than that no dyno tuning or anything. I'll do my best to get pics of the blemishes, though I suggest seeing it in person if you're serious. It's a really good looking car, not perfect but if you're not a total perfectionist it's probably not going to bother you, especially at the price.

This could be considered a silly question but I've been looking for a DD to replace my gas hog Silverado SS. A '00-'02 Camaro has more or less been my decided vehicle with a nice mix of being a Chevy, fun-to-drive and not 17mpg highway downhill

That being said, what would you estimate this particular cars gas mileage to be? Would you not recommend this as a daily run-around town/road trips car with its current mods? If you "would" recommend it then where in NJ are you, maybe I can fit in a day trip to take a peek.

Thanks for your time!

I had a lifted Silverado a while back as a daily, but most of my cars have been 4th gen F-bodies. Between the 2 the F-body cars made the best daily drivers. Especially with the T56. When the weather permits this car IS my daily, and it's really not bad at all on gas. I'm mostly city and I average around 17-18mpg overall(and again this is almost all city). Highway trips I've seen 26mpg because of 6th gear. This car is all stock gearing too, which is ideal for DD. Plus, all the mods done are ones that HELP gas mileage if anything. All everything did was help the car breathe and run better. When you get into gearing/cams/converters, that's what kills MPG in these cars, otherwise they're not bad at all. Hope this helps.

As for this particular car, there's no reason at all NOT to use it every day if that's what you're going for(as I said, I do). Mechanically, other than the little BS I listed, it's rock solid. I've seen the occasional 1 or 2 around cheaper than what I'm asking, but they all had more miles, were stock, and basically beat beyond help. For what it has in it and what I'm asking you definitely wouldn't be disappointed.

Oh and FYI, I think I listed the mileage wrong. I mixed it up with my truck, the car just hit 96,000 miles.

Default Car

Does car have clear title? Or salvage? Does any body parts need to be replaced where it was hit? It's a great looking car. I have been looking for a hard top 6 speed. Thanks

Never been to the track under my ownership, and PO said it was just a toy for him so he never took it. No dyno numbers either. If you're familiar with these cars most people including me say its an easy mid 12 second car if you can drive it. A stock T56 car can craak 12s driver/weather permitting.

Well, if there's anything I can do to further persuade you to make the trip let me know. Going to be pulling it off the road as soon as my jeep is finished so I'd like it gone asap.

How about some pics of the blemishes or a video of it running. It's a long drive I need to see a little more.

I can definately do that. I have a bunch of pics of the blemishes on my phone if you'd like to text me. Vid I'll have to see who I know with a camcorder or decent phone but I can do that too. Shoot me a text, after I send you pics if you're still interested I'll get you a vid. Its solid though, I wouldnt hesitate to drive it cross country. My cell is 732-510-8547

I'll do $7500 if bought in the next few weeks. Final price. If I miss what I'm looking at I'll delete this post & price is back up.

Come on people...we all know you're never going to see another car like this for the price. So it's not a show car, it's still clean. Drive it every day and tinker as you go. It's worth more than this IN PARTS, let alone whole. COME GET IT!!!
