Default Fuel system for a dd

I am building a 408, brute speed blower cam. Aster bracket with 317 heads(flowing 3 teens). I have not decided between a f1-a or a f-1c. 4l80e and a 9inch. I trying to decide on a sumped tank with a racetronix 4303. Or 3 walboro 255's and a 10an line, and a factory line for a return line. Yes I have a regulator and rails. This car will be daily driven. Which would be better? Do I need a boost a pump.

Are you going to be running pump gas? How much power are you planning to make?

-10 AN feed no less than -8 return. I am running -10 feed and return. Alot of guys think a small return line is okay but at an idle or steady cruising you are returning nearly all the fuel.

-8 feed and -6 return will easily support what you need, and is what I'm using with my 044's

How loud are those 4303's? I'm thinking about using as 4302 for a surge tank setup, but would be hesitant if they're obnoxious.
