2 cars!
Last night a new V2 coupe and I had a couple of pulls. First time he hit it first, I was in 3rd gear at about 55, he instantly put 2 cars on me. The second time I went down to 2nd gear at about 40 and the result was the same. after about 2 cars the bleeding slowed down but on the initial hit he was out. I thought my car would do better since it's supercharged. My questioin is do the V2's run that strong or did he have work done. I don't know the guy so I didn't get a chance to talk to him. Thanks

I dyno'd 451 and in 1 gear he pulled about 2 cars. So he must have had work done. I hate losing but still not willing to pay 20,000 extra for a V2.

most stock v2's put down 440-450...your car making 450 and being lighter should have been alittle closer if the v2 was stock as he's got some weight on u. my car making 475 before the pulley change would pull my buddies intake only v2 sedan, but not by much..just a car or two and the faster we went he would start to creep back.

was hoping for a 1000 as the kit alone is 700 and the opener is 200+ and the gauge is 170 and the switch panel is 70.
No heater but I can get you one to go with it. The swithc panel has the heater/purge/opener and arm as well as the gauge for bottle preassue. As I put it together the idea was being able to run it competely from the drivers seat.
Pretty sure its a 10# bottle.
Here is the kit.

Everything is brand new. Opened to check them out and to get the bottle painted.

Of course, thats not a bad thing... dyno numbers are just numbers. The way the car pulls is the big thing.
What tires are you on, OP? Sure you didn't spin 2nd a bit on the hit?
