Going with FG2s
One of my rear FE4 is blown leaking fluid. Instead of just replacing the one with a replacement I figure I can upgrade to FG2 all around. The car also has 110k on the clock so may as well change them all. Any cons with FG2s? I will be doing HPDEs in the future.

Some people have had reliability problems with them, but mine have been rock solid thus far at 27k miles. Perhaps the biggest disadvantage is that you can't buy them singly or in pairs, unless you find one used.
If you're interested, I'm about to upgrade to LG Motorsports coilovers and have a full set of FG2s to sell, plus a Ground Control kit, MM spacers, and a spare rear FG2 (bought because I thought a shock had failed--instead I was a dumbass and didn't tighten down a bolt all the way).

Major con, you can't just buy one new one if one goes, and hard to find used ones not in sets.
If I was going to dump that kind of coin on shocks I'd look elsewhere, but that's just me.

I'd rather sell all of that stuff as a package. If $700 is in your price range, let me know. 5 FG2s, Ground Control with 550, 600, and 650 in-lb Eibach springs, and MM spacers.
