I honestly wouldn't pay over $5,000 for it and that's pushing it. It's fairly decent miles and is stock so that's a plus in it's own way.
Personal preferance but I hate the wheels, stripes, and that godawful Predator hood but it looks fairly decent I guess.

i know i should ask the owner and i will when i see it but most of the time if the stripes are not painted will they come off or will they take the paint off with them?
the hood is strange but over the summer when i get some money i can get a normal hood.

Looks clean. If the interior is in good shape I'd say it's worth what he's asking for it.
I wouldn't ask more than $8,000 for my Z28, and it's got 100,000 miles on it, 4 years newer, and a different engine. These cars don't hold value real well into the higher mileage.

That's a suncoast creations predator hood. I used to to have it before I found a factory WS6 hood. It's not the worst but I got really tired of it and the fitment is soo horrible for the price I paid. I see this car has the same fitment issue too. I would sell you my stock hood if you weren't so far away.

Painting over ws6 speedlines is a travesty! Makes me cringe every time I see it happen. I'm with everyone else, 5k is really pushing it. I'd try to get as close to 4k as possible if you buy it.

I wouldn't go over $4500. I love F bodies and TAs especially, but at the end of the day it's a 16 year old car with 83k miles. Other than that she looks pretty clean, although I'm not a huge fan of the decals and wheels. Best of luck!

Hello
I would like to say thank you to all of you that helped me,
I ended up getting a good deal on it
I like in NJ (laws suck)
The car has 50% tint and no plate on the front (i have the plate in the back seat)
I know they can give you a ticket, but in nj as long as you have the plate would they normally bother you
Just wondering if anyone has any problems with not running a front plate
Thanks all

I got 1 warning in 5 years of driving the car a lot. Depends on the area I guess. Keep it in your backseat, say you just got the bumper fixed and you have to go back to get it drilled...

$5k range would be a decent buy because it does need some work IMO. These cars are getting harder and harder to find in decent shape and under 100k miles. That being said, if you can pull it off some weekend, get on craigstlist/ebay and find 5 or 6 cars within driving distance and in your price range and go look at all of them/test drive them. That's the best way to find what the market is like in your area because it does differ a lot.
My buddy's and I went and looked at 4 or 5 LT1 4th gens one weekend between Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin in the $4500 range, and they were all absolute garbage. Rusted, "No Fear" Stickers, half-*** modded, body damaged, and faded paint.

Was thinking, you could set up a P.O. box in another state to avoid having a front license plate, but come to think of it all the states in your area require a front and rear license plate, except maybe Pennsylvania?
