Default Anyone run these EFI fittings? Waiting for Russell's back-order.

I know they're known to blow off, and I've been waiting over a damn MONTH now for Russell's EFI fittings (With the threaded lock ring)..... Every time I call to ask what's up with my order they keep telling me the back-order date can change at any time. If I would have known this, I would have ordered them in October.

Lemme guess... They're on some mystery boat from CHINA waiting for them to get here... Been down that road before and this is really starting to **** me off. I'd like to drive my car sometime this YEAR without having to worry about my supply line blowing off 1" from my header.

Anyway.. I've had this quick disconnect leak before. And that's why I'm hesitant to drive the car. I hate having it sit there and watch these rare nice days go by. Spring sucks here.... ****, this whole new england weather sucks..

Anyone else run these plastic retainer EFI quick disconnects?? It's a Fragola fitting and I've been told their stuff leaks. I just want to take the car out for a ride, but if it's going to risk a fire, I wont. Well, I know it's risking a fire as it is, but how BIG of a risk? My regulator is locked at 60#.

These are the ones I'm waiting on. And holy hell they better be 5/16" or I'm gonna be livid to have to go thru this again.

I'm currently running the one from pace with no problems. It came in my kit from FAST with a supply line and crossover.
Fuel pressure stays around 60-62. Been like this for 2 years

I ran those plastic clip connectors all last year with no problems, but after hearing that they're known to blow off has me worried. it's leaked once, so It's shown signs of weakness... If it never leaked, I wouldn't think twice about it and not stress waiting on my new fittings.

I found the lockers at Nasty's also, so I can call and see if theirs are back-ordered as well.

Where did you order from? I ordered 2 from Summit and received them in a few days no issues. One for the return, one for feed.

At this point, I'd take the rail off and have a generic AN fitting tigged on and be done with it.

^ They're FAST rails. I need an AN/EFI fitting for the feed line to my regulator.

Or else I may just find a way to put a 37* AN fitting on the fuel feed line instead of this EFI "Quick connect."

Gotcha. I convert all the rails I do to dedicated 37* fittings, just so there is no trying to track down stupid fittings.

I still have to Call Nasty's. Was gonna call today, but by the time I got laundry done, called home and tracked down materials for my 6.75" speaker adapter ring project, it was 3:30 almost 4pm. dyno day is next weekend, so I gotta go to that. I'll check their site and see if they're open tmrw.. Doubtful..
