I remember cruising Central Avenue in Yonkers back in prehistoric days. 5.0’s vs the Grand Nationals. Run it, break it, fix it , run it again. After the dust has settled from the asteroid strike, the break it, fix it, is not that much fun anymore.
But the run it, never gets old.

what was your approx RWHP against the 1 liter bike? I guess I was expecting you to do a little better against it, but if it had some mods then that makes more sense.
nice runs, fast caddy for sure

looks like an older (-07) 1k, more than likely pipe and PC but nothing more. most liter (sport)bikes run mid 10's stock and are are 400hp/ton and up.

You must be confused. These were shot in Mexico!
You both really thought it would do better against a liter bike? The first go round you could tell the bike was in the wrong gear, then you can def see he does not make the mistake twice when he shifts all the way back into 1st before the second hit. I expect exactly what happened the second time, the bike to walk. And yes, eventually the car will catch up and pass him but then you're talking about 160-185 mph race. As far as the bike being modded the most likely mods are exhaust, power commander, and better air filters. You know that todays liter bikes and a good rider can hit 9 seconds OR LESS! in the quarter miles right?
