109k Miles on the Chassis, 92k Miles on Motor, 4k Miles on Trans/Converter. This has been an absolute joy to own and build. I have had a ton of fun in this blazer. Everything Fabricated from Mild Steel Log Manifolds, crossover to Intercooler Piping myself. It can be very tame (2-4psi of Boost) or can be crazy on 15psi of boost. I did not build this to show dyno #'s or track times, I built this strictly to enjoy on the street on weekends or nice days. If I was to guess I would say it approx 520rwhp on 10psi and around 680+rwhp on 15psi. I always tune my vehicles or others with a peace of mind on a very conservative tune. 12 Deg Timing at full boost, 10.9-11.3 AFR. I have owned, built and tuned many LSx Swap vehicles, non-turbo or turbo using HPTuners. This blazer runs flawless, spent many many hours logging drives and adjusted fuel trims to match my commanded AFR. I can assure this thing will not disappoint. Can drive anywhere or anytime. Actually gets decent mileage 22-23mpg highway. I also incorporated the 5.3 wiring harness to the stock blazer wiring harness. All factory gauges work great. This is the way GM SHOULD have made this blazer. It does have all the stock creature comforts, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Sunroof, Nice Stereo, Very Clean Inside and Out. Current Tags and Inspection, Clean Texas Title in my name. Detailed documented build, have over 200 photos during build process, have many videos aswell. Here is a list of Modifications, I'm Sure I am missing a lot of items but this is the majority. Currently it is on e85 but can easily be switched back to 93.

****I can tell you guys this, somebody is going a get one heck of a vehicle for the price! Even a bone stock clean 100k mile xtreme with sunroof goes for around 6500-7000.
Whoever buys it I can tune it either way for normal 93 pump or e85. I personally love e85 and wouldn't change it at all. But that's me haha

I appreciate that mang! I am always in the market to purchase and set aside for a future project. I am limited on room right now until the old blazer finds a sweet home lol. Man I understand that, once you buy your house, trust me, you will be tied up making your home "yours".

*****UPDATE!!*****
I have had alot of interest if it has a/c and what not. Just to clear a few clouds from the sky, HVAC/Blower have been removed to provide clearence for the downpipe when I lowered the front end. Heater core is still present, just not hooked up.
Another question frequently asked "Does HpTuners come with it along with tuning files for 93 and e85". Answer is, "It can" lol. If the buyer was to pitch in an extra $700 for tuning software and the laptop that would cover me buying another hptuner/laptop. Or the new owner can purchase hptuners on their own and I can send the tune files, either way is cool with me.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I've thought about shooting it down the track but the closest 1/4 mile is a good ways away. Got a local 1/8th mile but the way I have it setup is most definetly a "bid end" 1/4 mile car. I have no doubt it would run a 10 sec pass.

If you listen to rpms at 25mph, I'm in 3rd gear rolling along and when I hammer it downshifts to 1st is why. I have the auto shift dialed in around 6200rpm even tho my rev limiter is set at 6500rpm. That allows it to shift right around 6400 without banging the rev limiter when it shifts.
