Default 537 hp with bolt-ons!

Took a little ride down to Victoria, TX yesterday. Kurt D and Patrick G of LSX Performance gave my car the magic touch. I had planned on coming home with around 480/490 or so hp. Was I in for a surprise! I have a Halltech MF103 Superbee intake, SW headers and Patrick G's magic tune.

A big thanks to both you guys. And Kurt had his work cut out for him with these Stainless Works headers. Thanks for your hard work!

The dyno was LSX Performance in Victoria. It's a load bearing Mustang dyno.

Thanks guys!

Has GM done something to the newer Z06s since the valve guide problem so they now apparently make more power? I have not read where any of the 06-09 have made this much power with factory heads/cam.

It might make good mph at the track but I have always raced automatics and not sure I can get a decent 60' with this manual and with this tall first gear. This car needs at least a 3.73 gear and a 3.90 even better.

That's awesome!! I have a rebuilt to stock ls7 that will be goin in my camaro at some point. I was hoping it would make 100whp more than my ls6.

I was wondering about the valve guide issue also. What is the guide material made of in a stock ls7?

Not 100% sure why they have increased power, but I've personally noticed that 2012+ C6s have yielded higher dynos than older models (I lurk around here and CF)
