Well, im running 7.2s and should be way faster because of my tight converter. That combination would work very well and pull to 6500 RPM. Will be well mannered on the streets and if you dont want the radical idle, it may be the cam for you. A set of 1.8 rockers would give it a touch more edge in the lift department and a bit more duration.

Thanks zone..i do want a well mannered street car, i drive my car almost every day. It has a stock 5.3 in it now but now i want a little more torque and a racy idle. Will this motor make at least 400hp?

A 6.0 with that intake and carb and a mild cam will make 400 by accident.

I'd expect 430 hp or so.

If its a carbed engine and you are using the MSD to run your coils, you can tune the ignition with a laptop.

Im sure tuning would help pull a few more HP out of it. To tune it you will need HP tuners and although some of the members on this forum would know how to help, one of the other forums that are more in line with your setup would help more.

Sorry about the hijak, OP. Back to the Eddy 2215.
