Default Bad gas in bottom of tank

So I go the car out yesterday and doing a little driveabilty tune on it and after about 60 miles, I looked down and seen the SES light on. I also noticed that I had about an 1/8 of a tank of gas left. The SES light was both knock sensor codes. 327 & 332. Since I got both codes, i figured that I had bad gas.

I put about 6 gallons of 93 octane (with up to 10% ethanol of course ) and drove it for about 15 miles and i kept reseting the code over and over again. After that 15 miles the code hasnt came back and i drove it for about another 20 miles after that.

What do you guys think, bad gas? How long does it take for the new gas to get through the lines, up to the engine to use?

Mods: LS1 with AFR 205 heads/921 springs, Polluter V2 cam, headers, catted y pipe with stock exhause and cutout

Don't know how you'd get bad gas at the bottom, the
fuel pump return will stir it up pretty well. But maybe
there's something going on there like the pump starting
to suck a little air when the level gets low, or something.

Knock sensor low voltage seems like something different
to me. Not sure it results from excessive knock activity
but I haven't read the description details.

I was thinking the same thing you were about the recirc of the gas but I didnt think about the pump pulling air. I drove it yesterday and the codes never came back after about 15 miles of driving with new gas/half tank. And before the tank got low, the car ran great with no codes. I will keep you updated if they come back. Thanks
