HELP! Clutch Pedal Squeak, why??
Hey all, before I go and assume that the my less-than year old Tick Master needs to be rebuilt, Im wondering what other peoples input is on this issue. In the video you will see my hairy *** leg pushing the pedal in and releasing, with it making a horrid squeaking noise both when the clutch pedal is in and out. Also when i put my hand of the shifter, i can feel a vibration when the squeak is heard...bad slave/throw out bearing??? The video is with the car not running so you can hear the noise a lot clearer. I have checked all possible areas for leaks, and their are none anywhere the eye can see or that the hand can feel. Im even wondering if its a clutch issue? I have no idea! But the pedal does feel a bit spongier, unless its the vibration in the pedal caused by the squeak. Heres my setup:
Tick Adj Master((maybe 2k miles)
McLeod Street Twin w/ alum fly wheel(3k miles)
Stock GM Slave/Throw Out Bearing(3k miles)
Stock T56 (33k miles)
Thanks!!!

Thanks for the advice guys, looking more into it this weekend. May even rebuild the master since visually nothing seems wrong at the moment. clutch feels a tad spongey also after driving it 3 miles to the shop today since i havent drove it since the noise. The squeek is def coming from the master area and not the bellhousing, so im pretty confident its not the slave, would hate to have to drop the trans!
