Default High idle due to TB??

Hey guys,
Ive done a search and nobody seems to be having my case exactly and ive tried everything recommended. So i recently did a cam swap and tune. The car seems to idle fine when its cold and when its warms up it idles high like between 1500 and 2200. Found that when its acting up, the TPS is open 1-3% at idle. I can manually pull the throttle cable cam towards me and drop the idle back down to normal (900). The set screw is also properly adjusted so far that the petal is somewhat sticky. Ive checked the IAC and that is working properly too. No vacuum leaks so this leads me to believe its something with the throttle body not allowing the blade to return to 0. Any ideas?? Thanks.

I thought when this happens you have to loosen the throttle cable and bring it to the right position or the right spot that you want it to idle.

The throttle cable has plenty of slack in it. The blade is hitting the set screw i can feel it. Thinking it may as simple at too much play in the blade shaft of the tb...its getting old.

Vacuum leak with the PVC system, perhaps?

checked for leaks and everything appears to be ok. i can manually move the tb blade back to idle when its idling high so somehow its staying propped open slightly.

Well we will find out tonight if the TB is the issue. He's stopping over to swap my stock one on. If all else fails hammers work quite well

Also, +1 for ls1tech at work.
