wtf is with the 21 point inspection?! I wouldnt pop hood for no one if its for money. Civic scared to run unless it's on his terms, sounds like ***** meat to me. I would completely ignore Dbag like that at the scene....and love the "its a street car" from the civic owner, no lights, no plate, lexan windows, no bumper and guards etc. Thing is a ****** tin can with 2 lexan doors lol
