This is the D1SC Procharger kit I've had on my GTO since the summer of 2009. I put it on when the car had just shy of 10,000 miles and it now has close enough to 23,000 miles on the odometer.
Why are you selling it?
I upgraded. I got a more-than-fair price on a new F1A kit, so I'm selling the D1 as a complete kit.
What's included?
Just about everything that you would expect to find in the D1SC Tuner kit that ATI sells. This means the head unit, the bracketry to mount the head unit, power steering reservoir relocation kit, the base surge valve, intercooler kit, SPAL fans (there's some wiring you need to do, but that's in the instructions), and a pile of miscellaneous zipties, wires, hoses, tubes, and doodads.
I replaced the parts that I felt were important when I installed my F1A kit. Inconsequential parts (like vacuum hoses, the power steering reservoir relocation kit, some of the spacers on the mounting bracket), I didn't. Therefore, some of the parts that will be sold with this D1SC kit are absolutely new in the box from ATI as delivered to my door the first Wednesday of September, 2013.
The ATI crank-pinning kit is included (and unused), but there's a caveat about the crank pulley. When I ordered my D1SC, I also bought (at additional cost) a Fluidamper harmonic balancer. When the F1A kit was purchased, it was bought with the ATI lower pulley that is specific to the Fluidamper. Therefore, if you buy this kit from me, you will need to choose between buying yourself a Fluidamper or hitting up ATI (or one of their resellers) for the lower pulley that bolts to the stock harmonic balancer.
What's NOT included?
There might be a hose clamp or two missing. There might end up being extra hose clamps. You might end up needing to go buy a bolt or three; you might have extra bolts (the ones that really matter are accounted for).
There are no fuel system components; I had to buy them separately, so you will, too. There is no tuning. There is no warranty. There's no supercharger fluid included, because frankly, that crap is like gold and I kept the bottles that came with my new F1A. Sorry.
How much boost/horsepower/mega-torks will I make with this kit?
I have no idea. I'll send this kit out with a 3.7" pulley. On my GTO, that was worth 11psi through the stock bottom end, stock 243 heads, stock intake, blah blah blah. At a mile high. So if you have an otherwise stock engine, that might be 11psi. It might be 13psi. It might be 8psi. I can't make any promises or even guesses as to how much power you'll make. I can say, though, that with a proper tune and E85, my GTO made 672rwhp corrected on the stock bottom end, stock transmission, stock drivetrain - just boost, a very small cam, good fuel system, and exhaust mods.
How much?
$3600 shipped. Firm, paid via PayPal.
