Default can you adjust boost on supercharger?

I know you can on a PD type SC with swapping pullies but that seems to get expensive when you start with the tuning process. I am referring to more of the procharger type. I want to get a procharger for stock ls motor and then either build that one up or move to a 4.8 and throw some low CR pitons and really turn up the SC if that is possible.

this brings me to my next question thats kind of unrelated. Should i Build up a stock lsx for boost or find a 4.8 or 5.3 for boost? I think the extra weight weight will throw off the balance of the car since it will be a car to take on the track. any input would be great. thanks!

Blow-off valve should allow you to control boost.

Easiest way is just to pulley it accordingly.

It doesnt get expensive unless you have a fetish for changing lots of pulleys

run a BOV for basic back pressure bleed off...engine vacuum will open the valve when the throttle is shut.

then run a wastegate to control boost....
either use springs (simple/mechanical) or use one that has pressure lines above and below the dome and use a boost controller(mechanical/electrical/complex)

there are several simplified boost control kits as well for easy dial in boost..
