Default Wastegate advice needed (pics inside)

I have been shaking down a new setup. I have a boost creep problem. I pulled the spring out of the gate and still make 5psi and climbing @6000rpm. I figured the gate would work where I put it but lack of back pressure is screwing that. I need some input on the best of my options. I attached some pics, #1 is the current config., #2 is the easiest solution (tilting the gate on a steeper angle and making a long blend into the cross over pipe), #3 is most likely the best location but puts the gate really close the the ground. Lets hear what you think.??

5.3 w/317's, tick turbo cam and head studs
pt76gts, truck mani's, 2" primaries into a 2.5" t4 merge
tial v44 gate
3.5" down pipe, 3 bullet mufflers run to the rear end and dumped

I would go with the number 2 position, having the wastegate pipe as close to a 45* angle as possible. The gate itself wouldn't need to be exactly where it's pictured. It's more important to have the pipe with the angle of flow and put the gate where it fits best. Think of exhaust as water and how it would flow best.

The boost controller should be taking care of your creep. also that looks small to be a 44mm WG. tial WG arent that great in my opinion anyway. If you want a good WG get a synapse.

#3.

Air flows like water. Ever been to a water park? Ever been down a water slide? Which bend does the water follow?

The outside bend.

How close is the crossover to the front of the engine? If you have room i'd pull it off both banks right before it merges.

You are right... I didn't look close enough to pic #3. Thought he was showing it coming out of just one bank, and not the merge....Carry on.

Is the WG dumped to atmosphere or DP? The puzzle doesn't just end at where you weld the gate on; if exhaust still has to travel a distance after going through the gate, that'll add to post-gate backpressure and contribute to creep.
