Default carb and th400

I was curious as to what you guys running this combo are doing for your gauges Ive seen the speedo sensor to buy to make my speedo work and what about your turn signals and all your other lights. Im converting my 02 Silverado to a blow through carb setup with th400. Would it be easier to just buy gauges and wire them up myself or can I just trim the stock harness to where my lights and turn signals and gauges work.

yeah im thinking im going to block my speedo off too and get some auto meter gauges and tach and wire them up. I don't really need a speedo because I will get a piece of paper telling me my speed whether it be a time slip at the track or a ticket from a cop lol

Both my older cars have gps units in them for this very reason. I just use it to see my speed. Way cheaper than a dedicated gps speedo.
