Default Low nitrous numbers, where to look?

Motor Setup, 239/242 .649/.609 111LSA, Fast 92/90, 42lb, LTs etc.
BR7s, compression 185-190 across, timing 28*, 12.7-13.0afr. MAF 40lbs/min
made 405/357 mustang dyno and similar numbers 9mths earlier.

Nos Plate,Dry .067(175),950psi, made 526/572, 23.4* 11.7-12.0 AFR MAF 56lbs/min. made similar numbers changing timing from 20-24*.
The gain was 123whp, in theory, it's missing about 50 horseys. I don't take dyno numbers to heart, but i'm curious about locating those horseys.
where should I look, or it is what it is?

Filter fittings clogged, too much timing pulled...something has to be restricting flow, or a fuel/timing condition is not being met.

Thanks, I have no filter, lines are clear.
i'll take it to the track and see what it does, I'll play with timing there.

better post up a plug pick with gaps. are you blowing nitrous over the MAF?
A 10lb/min gain is about 100hp at 11.8:1 AFR at least according to the MAF.
could be looking at solenoid closing on you. Thats also a lot of spark, but lets see the plug will tell more. if you were blowing over MAF, you might see some unexpected IAT spark added.

Incidentally, two things I would do for all nitrous kits. Get the BEST SOLENOIDS and the BEST BOTTLE VALVE to start with and make sure they
wired solid. I have seen limits on flow from both.

thanks for the tip, i was leaning towards the Solenoid also, I want to try another just to see. I't's a plate setup, between mani and TB. everything soldered. I don't have plug pics currently, they looked normal after checking them after the pull. off the top of my head, I think I had the gap at .28. well it's somewhere between .28-.32, i'll recheck.

what solenoid do you recommend?

Myself, I run 2 fuel and 2 nitrous noids, but I run a dual rail DP system.
I would call Nitrous Outlet for a good solenoid if you suspect it. My preference are the high amp large exit noids. Note, there are ways to flow check them too. We turned mine on, sprayed and watched it start to close. Some people actually weight them based on nitrous use.

This reminds me make sure your noid to plate line is free and not bent. They make high flow lines for this too.

I checked for kinks and make sure lines are clear. So I was thinking, say the limits is the solenoid, can't I just up the jets to suit. Another reason I think the restriction is on the nitrous side. I'm running a Harris interface, I had to set it to "95hp" to get my AFRs in check for the 175hp jetting.

If you had to set it up like that then i would say no doubt its on the nitrous side. my $.02

So I took the solenoid apart, since to what I was working with, its the HSW solenoid.
It was starting to stick at lower pressures than normal, so took it apart and did some measurements for possible rebuild, the orifice measure .120, from what I've researched, it's pretty respectable size wise. The inlet looks respectable also.
I do have a dimple on the plunger, wonder is that would cause the sticking, or the coil is whats going bad.

Rich... and probably to much timing.

Plug pics would let us help you best like someone already said.
