Default 398Lt1 track update

Finally made a full track pass with my new combo. Results sucked but under circumstances I'm still satisfied.Car went 10.91@131.7 with a 2.0 60ft shifted right out of first due to wheel spin on 150shot at 28degrees timing.I have zero seat time on combo and also first n2o pass that's why I took so much timing out.Track was packed so this was first n last pass.Im confident that after I get more seat time it's going to run what I expect,it pulled really hard even after getting on n off throttle 3x.Will go back again if I get time before it gets to cold and put down a real pass. Here are some vids of run.

I agree,,I just need more time to dial it in.Im happy the car felt good as it did and went straight. In the time since I built the motor everything changed, new trans with brake,n2o converter,s60 rear, arb, adj shocks etc so a lot went right.Hopefully I can get out there once more this year with a better launch and see what happens!

Nice first outing!
Easy 10.2's in that car.
You probably realized this already, but you didn't put nearly enough heat into the tires for first run of the day.
For a 150 shot, 28 degrees is a LOT of timing if that's what's in your timing tables. If it's actual, then probably about right. For my car to leave without spin even on the 100 shot, I pull it back to 18 in the tables below 5500 rpm and max out at 25 deg.

Nice job. I hope you get out there again soon!

Edit: Never mind the timing comments. I see you're not running GM progam.

Thx,I was still unclear on timing I locked it out at 28degrees then my box pulled another 8degrees so I ran 20degrees total lol.Thats what happens when you're rushing I guess. On motor I run around 37-38.Yeah burnout was a joke no water down and I don't have a line lock lol.So that is my next upgrade
