Ya it looks like an amazing straight forward product I just don't have a need for it anymore... I have a custom Pipe with a single 02 after the merge and this is just laying around now...

They plug into the o2 sensor bungs on the exhaust. You can get a holesaw and cut your own holes and weld in two new bungs (or just one depending on preference) in order to keep your original 02 sensors or you can delete them with tuning software (HP Tuners, EFI Live, etc.) or sensor deletes.

I personally use an Autometer WB setup for one bank on the driver's side. It wires up similarly to the FAST that this gentleman is selling. You run it from the 02 sensor's point on the exhaust to the gauge inside the car. It has a couple of extra wires that you can use to feed its information to the PCM, tuning software or another purpose.
I use my FAST setup for a portable setup that I can quickly deploy when troubleshooting problems for friends/family. Though you can use it as a permanent WB setup if you wish.
