My current set up is true duals under axle to flow master 1 chambers before tips. It's flanged at the axle, so I'm gunna pull the tailpipes off, and build another set. Probably just different mufflers dumped. The flow masters don't sound great ever since I ran them out to the back. Raspy and a lot of drone. So what mufflers should I run? It's also way too loud. Magnaflows? Borla? Spiral flows?

I've been looking to do something similar with mine. The 408 is too much exhaust for the 3" i pipe. I was looking at running Magnaflow bullets where normal dumps would be for tone with cutouts then run under the axle to some XL3 mufflers. All in 3" stainless.

Probably do it after Thanksgiving.

I had a magnaflow in place of my loud mouth. I liked it. Will magnaflows be any quieter than the flowmasters?

I would have to imagine the Magnaflow would be quieter than a single chamber FM. Being a straight through design it should have less drone as well

Hay Sail Hatan what kind of clearance to you have with that under the axle setup? Do you drag it very often.
