Default 2002 Camaro SS vs 1998 Mustang GT

Well I was coming home from a friends house when i saw this red mustang gt in front of me. We were at a red light and when it turned green (turning left onto a road), he whipped his mustang while tail fishing and me sitting back watching carefully from behind lol. Anyway i followed him and we were on a back paved road where there were no cars, near a small airport in my town, we were going 45, when i pulled to his side, (let me say that i had to go into the incoming traffics lane, but no cars in sight). He beeped horn 3 times and we were off. we were side to side, hit about 70 i pulled away, hit 80 and he was a car length behind, then we slowed down and I pulled in front of him and went home. That was it.

Funny thing was i saw the same guy at the gas station and asked him about the race and he acted like we never raced lol. he kept avoiding the question and got in his car and drove away lmfao. I have another mustang kill story yet to come. lol

Holy ****! That was one nicely modded NPI to hang so well. He's a proud man tonight. Nice kill bud.

For future reference, state your mods, his mods (if you know), but otherwise Good Kill!

Odd that a 98 NPI GT held up better than the Bullitt did in your other thread.

that 98 must have had a turbo and nitrous to keep up like that.

Probably a typical bolt ons NPI stang. It would take quite a bit for him to beat you even at your stock hp level

NPI is the slowest of the 2v SOHC Mustang family (96-98) from 99-04 they were better. They are dogs, if you were both bone stock you would have ran away from him like he had a 'chute out.

Hammer's a clown and will ride the **** of any GM product.

He did not have a turbo and nitrous...

Must have been a limited edition/rare/super secret GT he raced, right hammer? The Cobras are super rare and are only spotted, on average, once in a person's life.
Super limited edition.

Stinky ***** connecting rods FTW!

You can run more timing with cheese ball pistons, too.

Like the other guys said, that year GT is...not quick, to put it nicely. So, I was saying that he is probably very proud that he was able to stay within view of your car. I would be if it were me lol.

A stock NPI 4.6 makes around 190 rwhp or so, and you make around 300 rwhp. That pretty much sums it up lol

Werd. My old 95 threw down a whopping 204 with full bolt ons lmao. Even with my 3:73s and 315 Nitto Drags I would get horribly raped by my buddy's auto Ellis Juan.

Hammer, this dude's such a troll, IDK how the mods even let him post in here.

Gt4urass, keep the offensive and provocative comments to a minimum, please.
