Default 150 shot vs 175 shot results

I was kind of surprised and very happy with the results as I finally went up in jet. I'm pulling 4* timing with the LNC2000 on the 150 shot and pulled 5* on the 175 shot.

Here's some video of the passes

10.23 pass

Same pass, from my car

10.01 pass

10.05 pass

I was running a 62/33 for the 150 and 73/35 for the 175. I'm running 60 psi fuel instead of 55 psi

Nitrous outlet dual stage plate. But I'm just spraying one stage.

Very nice, I'm thinking of installing one of those lnc 2000 controllers. I have heard it works off the coil harness. Does it take place completely of the factory harness coil plugs?

Honestly, I don't run it much on motor. Didn't make any motor passes this day. I can't 60' on this converter N/A. Best pass has been 11.6 @ 118 on a 1.68 60'

A 73n is actually around 200 rwhp, but good pass. Put in a 78n or 82n jet, pull more timing and join the single digit club.

I told you to take out the passenger seat! Drop the 20 pounds and it would make it : )

PS: That was my 2nd pass with the TH400. I honestly forgot about having to shift, needs more 4L60E.

As far as the Lingenfelter controller goes it just plug and play when it comes to the factory coil pack harness and it works with it.

We were going of the Nitrous Outlet jet chart which says a 73 jet is what should be used for a 175 shot. Either way we are happy that the car runs so well and is so consistent. With a little b it of tweaking I think we can run a 9.9X on the 73 jet so we will probably leave it in for a while.

This car has a weld-in 6 point Wolfe roll cage so the track doesn't hassle us at all about it.

What times were you running?

nice times . Are you running a stand alone on your set up. And what kind of fuel you running that little of timing on pump gas would make me a nervous wreck.

great car

Good ole pump gas 93. No stand alone. TR6 plugs. I would have run some 100 octane if the track had it that day.

As soon as my foot hits the floor. It's on a WOT switch. I spray it out of the hole and through the shifts. MSD is set at 3K on the low side. Open on the high side. It sprays the entire pass.

A lot of companies rates their jetting different:
www.robietherobot.com

The Fuel jet size should be 0.037" or 0.948mm

A Nitrous jet size of .073" or 1.8542mm should produce:
240.66 HP with 1 port(s)

Actual HP to the wheels: 204.56 HP
Fuel jetting is a different story..

I would ditch the tr6s plugs and put in #8 (1049) non-projected plug, especially on a 73n jet.

Yeah, I know I'm pushing it a little with the TR6s. I'll eventually go to a colder plug.
