Inexpensive/Quality Gauges?
What are some lower priced but still good quality gauges/brands?
I've run Autometer on two of my projects and have been satisfied, but I haven't bought any recently and I know the market has opened up a lot in the last few years.

I used a set of these on one of my trucks when I did the LS swap. For the price, I was pleased with them and they functioned great.

I have the glowshift gauges in my f250. If you get the green with the dual digital and swing needle display, expect them to be obnoxiously bright. Other than that they seem pretty good.
In my racecar I prefer liquid filled mechanical autometer guages.

Where did you get this info from? Mine are all standard 2 1/16", and so are all of the ones in the ebay auction posted above.

I have the 6 gauge set of Comp II LEDs in black/black. Not the prettiest or most high-tech gauge out there, but I scored them for $270 shipped on ebay and they are great. Where did you get this info from? Mine are all standard 2 1/16", and so are all of the ones in the ebay auction posted above.

I'm working on a custom cluster for them now. Have an ABS sheet that I have to drill holes in. Might be hard to fit those 6 in with my AEM wideband and boost gauge. I'm actually thinking about picking up a matching Marshall Boost gauge for $40.
I'll snap pics when I come up with something pic-worthy.

+2 on speedhut gauges. Have used them on two different customers cars, worked great. You can pick background colors, needle colors, font sizes, whatever script you want in the background etc. They also have a interactive website that you can "build and view" before you buy. They also have the G.P.S speedometer units that need no cables, which makes a conversion easy! I did have a problem with a fuel gauge, and they were super easy to deal with, they sent out a new one within two days. Highly recommend them.
