I have a 93 M29 Close Ratio T56, it has the same gear ratios as the 2001-2004 ZO6 corvettes. It has been freshly rebuilt to stage 2 specs by Texas Drivetrain Performance in Ft. Worth. It has the bell housing, clutch fork and pivot, & the slave cylinder spacer. I also have a lightly used B&M Ripper shifter with a B&M Hammer T-Handle, a new bronze shifter bushing, and a new stock replacement clutch kit that goes with the trans, and a stock replacement flywheel.

This trans does not have the skip shift solenoid, it was removed from a 93 trans am and was stuck in third gear when i bought it, i thought it was a busted shift fork, but it turned out that one of the synchronizer keys came loose on third gear causing it to be locked in gear. everything else in the trans was very clean, only some slight wear on the main shaft, which TDP welded up the shaft and machined it back down so that the gear/bearing has an actual press fit rather than the factory slip fit.

Any questions, feel free to ask.

I remember when the kid slammed it into gear and it got stuck almost 3 years ago. This transmission came from long island new york. Nice to see it finally got rebuilt. Bump!

I cant confirm, nor deny this info. All i can say is that i bought it from a salvage yard in Houston, it was already out of the car. Cool story though.
