Default Tb bypass too close to moving parts?

Got my potz speed ported tb. Decided to do the tb bypass. After it's all said and done this is where the bypass hose lies. Is this normal or am I asking for trouble?

that's typical for the bypass mod. if you want it farther from everything you'll have to run a complete new hose.

If your worried use a long zip tie and tie it to the air duct right before the tb.

Mine runs straight to the fan shroud and then runs along the fan to the rad inlet.

this is the best way. Either that or you need to just a whole new longer piece of tubing. I wouldnt want mine that close to the water pump pulley.

It can be close. On my home ported TB I hacksawed off the
whole coolant boss and used a piece of stainless tubing to
bridge the soft lines, this tucks up well away from the pulley.

This. I don't think you'll have anything to worry about, though. Just zip tie it like some others have mentioned if you're concerned.

Looks fine to me. I have the same tb and did the bypass with new hose so it looks cleaner.
