Well its been a long time! but its finally here.

We are happy to announce the release of our 1999-2007 Silverado/Sierra truck turbo hot side kit!

Will fit all models from 1999-2007 with the 4.8l, 5.3l, or 6.0l engine

Will fit both 2wd and 4wd trucks



Kit is built to use a Standard T4 frame Turbo with a 3" v-band discharge. The following are the most commonly used turbo that would be a direct bolt-on:

Turbonetics Hurricane Series and T-series 7875 and 7575

Precision PTE 7275, 7675

Comp CT43 with 3" exit


-Hotside kit includes:

.120 wall Stainess Steel, extra thick, Turbo Manifold with 44mm WG flange and T4 turbo Flange

2.5" Stainless Steel crossover pipe to connect factory drivers side manifold to the Turbo Manifold

3" Stainless Steel downpipe with port to recirculate wastegate, wideband O2 bung, and V-band flange for easy attachment

2.5" vband clamp to connect crossover to turbo manifold

3" vband to connect downpipe to turbocharger

3" vband clamp to use at other end of downpipe if you wish to add on more exhaust

Gaskets for turbo manifold, factory drivers side manifold exit flange, and T4 turbo gasket


Features & Benefits of the Huron Speed Truck Hotside turbo kit:

*Extra thick .120 wall stainless steel turbo manifold will have no issues holding up to the high heat and weight of the turbocharger. Worries about cracking manifolds is a thing of the past!

*Wastegate port is in the line of flow at the front of the manifold which will collect exhaust gasses from the entire system (both banks) as well as using a larger 44mm flange to control boost. No need to worry about boost creep issues!

*Wastegate tube features a nice bellow in line for an easy install and alignment of the wastegate with the downpipe for the recirculating WG discharge!

*(2) bellows are used in the crossover pipe to allow easy alignment, seal, and connection to the manifolds. With one bellow per side it will allow easier alignment and install, as well as less stress on the system and the bellows = longer life!

*Recirculating the WG Discharge into the downpipe is a STANDARD feature!

*Wideband O2 bung and plug is a STANDARD feature!

*System as a whole was made to provide a clean looking install, using great materials, built to make for an easy install without having to fight aligning pipes together along with easy to install v-band clamps. Boost control with a proper wastegate placement was high on the list to prevent boost creep.

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong but it looks like the wastegate is angled the opposite direction of the exhaust flow

The wastegate is located in a spot where it will receive exhaust flow from both banks, some kits place the gate in a location where it would only receive flow from one bank. the location on this particular manifold is ideal for fitment, flow, and the option of having the gate reroute into the downpipe as a standard feature.

I'm looking for a bolt on hotside for my '70 C10 and most of the competitors crossovers seem to hang down too low, with the exception of the On3 kit which doesn't work due to my a/c compressor.
