Default Anyone want to wager a guess? Exhaust/horsepower?

As my signature suggests I have a 400+ RWHP LT1, This power was made through LT's and full exhaust with a pacesetter non-catted y-pipe and 3" single all the way back to the hooker aerochamber cross flow muffler

I'm thinking exhaust is the next bottleneck I want to tackle, any guesses as to how much more power I would make If I did 3" duals through an x-pipe, dumped at the axles with bullets or spiralflow mufflers?

You're probably losing a bit of power, but I can't see it being much. Personally I would just switch over to a 3.5" mufflex system. I don't think you NEED dual 3", but it sure will be loud. It all depends what sound you want. It's all personal preference but you are leaving a bit on the table.

2.5" duals and 3.5" single have roughly the same area. Either of those will be your best bet. 3" dual is huge for 400whp and you'll probably loose power down low.
