Default Log Manifold Builders Step Inside

This is fresh off the mill. What you are looking at is a 1/2" thick billet 304SS header flange with a step machined in it to accept 1-1/2 weld els.
This will allow you to center the weld el in the flange port perfect every time.

As soon as I get photos ready for the site I'll post a link.

Here is the link.

My regular 1/2 SS flanges are $189.00 a pair. These will be the same price.
It don't take much to cut the step.

One thing I'm going to do is offer them individually for guy build single turbo systems
where they use a stock manifold on one side.

They look great, nice work. At a great price to.
Will you be offering complete kits as well as just the flanges?

I see they sell short and long radius 1.5 inch elbows. Are you guys using the long radius as they are 1/3 the price. Would the short elbows bring the log too close to the head for plug wire clearance?

Honest question -- why 1/2"? It seems overkill.

Turbo manifold retain large amounts of heat and tend to warp if standard thickness is used.
