why would it matter what they have in "stock"? they make sets to order.

I'm assuming he means this will be the last run?

but forgestar is a made to order wheel company. they don't do runs of wheels like a company like enkei would do for anything different than their existing selection. that's why it doesn't list any sizes on their website at all. it's all made to order.

They may have possibly made a bunch and still have some in stock. Probably just won't cut any more ever.

they probably would, but it wouldn't be $1560 a set anymore because it'd be one set versus the 10 or so they probably made for that "run" for you guys that all ordered a set.

I'm passing on what he told me...they don't plan to do another run. What they have left (per him...a 'few' sets) is all there is to be sold. What Bio248 just said is probably spot on. It would take another big order to change their mind.

just for some more input, when i recently (a few weeks ago) asked for a quote from a local distributor for a set of CF10 the answer wasn't "no". i was given a legitimate quote. i wasn't told that i needed to order X amount of sets for them to actually make the wheels.

That new 19" wheel s the one I would want. It was a 2013 release....lightest wheel they offer and only in a 19". Or maybe one day when my ship comes in I will get some ccw's.

that makes no sense...teh R&D is done....the molds are made.

The expensive part is over....can't recoup the money if you won't sell the wheels...
