I have 243 heads with stock valves, I plan on milling the head .30 thousents to raise compression, will this cam still work on my set up?

If you measure for P to V clearance and fly-cut accordingly you will do just fine running this camshaft pewterd'z.

Ok, I have TFS 215s milled .010 on a stock bottom end, would I need to flycut too?

The TFS heads have about .010-.015" more P to V than a stock casting cathedral port cylinder head.

The Polluter was designed to work with factory P to V so technically on paper you're fine, but it's highly recommended to measure to be 100% certain you will not have issues.
