Default head bolts

Will factory head gasket and bolt hold up to a 200 dry shot on a lq9?

It should, most FI guys spit 600-700 hp through stock shortblocks!!

The gasket will, but I'm not so sure on the bolts. Spray it and see what happens after a while.

What is the most that has been seen? I saw a 5.3 that went at the 900horse level for 4 years before it blew

I've never sprayed anything with the stock bolts. But I will tell you that the main bolts will stretch and loosen up if you spray them a bunch. I would assume that the head bolts will do the same, and end up causing you to burn a gasket.
