Default Fi fuel ⛽ question

I am having a 408 built in the next month and I was looken for fuel pumps . I it better to go twins pumps or do a A100 pump ? If I do a twins shood I run them both at the same time or run them on a Hobbs switch . What would be the difference if I ran them at the same time ?

Sorry , motor will be 408 with 9-1 Cr or 9.5-1 with LSA heads . I will be running 18lb with a Novi 2200sl supercharger . I will be running 93 octane. I plan on making 750hp. At the wheel . I do plan on running meth , but only on high boost 18lb . I plan on running like 8lb for Daily driving in town .

I don't think you've plan that through too well. 18 PSI on a 408 with LSA heads and a decent cam is going to far overshoot 750 HP. You'll probably make that much on 12 lbs.
I think that Novi 2200 would probably top out on your 408 by the time it hit 18 PSI.

the difference between two small pumps and one big pump is the ability to not be running 1000horse of fuel around the car 100% of the time for the 1% of the time you actually need it, your alternator will thank you too.

^^^Agreed, dual pumps on a hobbs switch has been done too many times with success to go any other route. If you want to run one big inline look at Fuel Lab or Magnafuel stuff much better than the a1000, they're not all they're cracked up to be. I haven't personally used any of those three but in the same boat as you and have been researching pumps for a while now and that is the common theme among people who have.

Fuelab can be throttled to act like a smaller pump when off boost. This is my plan with mine.
