Default 69 LS1 update.. car jewlery

Well like I posted in the other thread I had a little set-back with the car.. the body guy dropped the ball on the firewall and as a result it has to be re-done. I have a specialized shop that is going to do it and all will be good in the end

Parts are still rolling in.. i changed from the Recaro Speed seats to the Recaro Style seats like the ones in my old 2000 SS.. Ive also ordered my Cal-tracks rear suspension and Global West Subframe Connectors.. these will be installed when they do the roll cage. Power windows are in, adjusted and working well (still need to install the switches).. Its a slow process but rushing at this point would be bad..

Here are the new toys.. Budnik Gasser D's 18x8 & 18x9 with Nitto 555ZR tires (245 front & 275 back).. full pollish both inside and out.

Billet LS1 badge and better pic of brakes/wheels:

with the repair, cage and interior I expect the car to be on the road in about 2 months..

Steve-

Your car looks amazing, can't wait to see the finished product.

Where did you get the billet LS1 badge from??? Very cool!

Steve,
I'm glad you are happy with the wheels.
If you need anything else, be sure to give me a buzz, and bring the car by whe it's done for some pics. We'll try and get it up on our website

HOLY ****! the wheels look badass. I love the ls1 badge, classy and adds a little extra touch, but not too much.
when are the door locks going in?
also is that a molded in side marker i see?

I've always love budniks especially with black lugs. I knew there was a reason their pictures always had black lugs or just blacked out holes.....

Steve, the wheels are my favorite Budniks out there for these cars. Love them!

PM me the info on that badge, I'd like a set of LS6 ones if possible. Need them for the valvecovers

The wheels are going to take a little getting use to. Kinda busy, but they look nice.
