Finally got my car weighed! Colonel,
3085lbs with full fuel cell(8 gallons) and driver.....

Re: Finally got my car weighed! Sure I can say 9's ,but can we do it? 10.1 was pretty close for a 150 shot. It might be worth wiring the nitrous switch to the transbrake just to see what happens.

Re: Finally got my car weighed! How did you get that sucker so light? Running the stock hood or a heater box? Did you put in light weight carpet or just leave the carpet out?

No heater, no a/c, no carpet....my car is basically stripped, but still looking for more ways to lose weight.

The hood is stock for a 98 SS. I beleive, that the SS hood is not metal, but either fiberglass or some kind of carbon fiber ...don't know for sure.
