Default Weld skinnies on the front - anyone grind to make them work?

I've had them before and just used a spacer, but would rather not.

TIA.

Yeah, I did some grinding on mine so that I can use them without the spacers.

Grinded the crap out of mine and still had to use a 5/16 spacer.

Wheels stick out a little.

Wish there was a way to keep them under the fender well.

LOL to ya.

No grinding here... I just used the spacers.

Good luck.

i have LS1 brakes on the front of my car. did some grinding and got my skinnies to fit without spacers, but then later when i put new brake pads on they stuck out enough that i had to go back to using spacers . havent bothered to try any more grinding yet. i think the car looks much better without the spacers

I didn't use spacers on mine front or back. I just didn't like the idea of using spacers. Alot of grinding though

Well, we finally got them on with TONS of grinding... There's probably about a pound of break caliper material on our shop floor - lol. Including what we had to take off for the 15x10 rears. But they look SO much better!

Got ear plugs?
