Re: Need info on light weight brakes
I bought my Strange front brake kit from Jay Billingsley Racing (cool guy to deal with.) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" /> They are VERY light but are intended for drag racing. I don't know how well they would hold up on the street.
They are very strong. Pedal effort is like that of the stock brakes.

Re: Need info on light weight brakes
There are Strange Brakes and Aerospace Brakes. I don't know much they weight, but it is my understanding these brakes are for the track only and not for road use. I contacted aerospace company and they indicated striclty for track. I too wanted to save some weight myself. Anyway, if you are hard core enough, I guess it could be done. I know you have run some fast times for your mods you have and keep up the good work. Cheers.

Re: Need info on light weight brakes
As a dealer for Strange, I have to say that they are not designed for that, however I have heard of several people using them on a "drive to the track" application. Thanks
