Birthday Ta
My wife just got me a 2000 TA for my Birthday. I just returned from Iraq.
What more could I ask for??? Well, what would you guy's reccomend for starters for free mods and etc. I have messed with older muscle cars but these LS1's are a whole different ball game. These cars are awsome , GM high tech muscle is the only way to go! Tell me what you think.

Congrats on an awesome present and welcome home.
I'd start by spending some time here searching and you'll find a lot of good mods for your new baby. For starters a lid is a good idea. If you're an M6 then a shifter and !CAGS is mandatory, if an A4 then a convertor is a good idea. A new catback will help performance a little and sound a lot. Subframe connectors and even some minor suspension work will make your car "feel" much better even if you're just street driving. Beyond that LS6 intake, headers... you get the idea...
Here are some good research links to get you started:

Hey guy's thanks for all the good info! I have some pictures but I need to figure out how to put them on the site. Fred my brother in law is on this site all the time , he is in the service too and in the process of moving from New York to Califonia. He stoped in Kentucky and showed me some free mod's !! We first replaced the factory fuel filter , plugs and wires with MSD Super Conductor Plug wires and NGK TR55 plugs. we by passed the coolant to the throttle body? We also cut out the bottom of the air box.
Next I plan to get the SLP Air Lid , skip shift kit and cut outs. Thanks again!
