Default 90 mm Fast TB problems

I got my stuff in and went to put it on..

The Throttle postion sensor went on with no porblems, but the sensor above that will not go inot the throttle body, and the screws that hold it in bottom out with over a 1/4 inch left.

I've called FAST,, (3 times to warrenty #) they refered to me another #.. I had to call that # twice and leave messages.

I'm not real happy for a 500$ Throttle body that doesn't have everything bolt up..

It was stated a while back that you might have to dremel the hole out a bit to get the IAC sesor to fit. I haven't heard about the screws, but you could cut them off while you have the dremel out. FAST had supposedlly revised the IAC opening. Maybe you got one of the older ones someone had left in stock?

Is that all you noticed wrong??
I think a blind man made these things in CAD! Did you notice how well the back of the TB lines up with the intake? I guess we should be glad that the intake hole and bolt holes line up. Oh, dont forget to put an extra wind in the return spring so the blade closes like it should.

Was going to do that, but I took the o-ring off the IAT sensor and it still does not sit flush..
