Default Idle problem after backfire

I hope some one can help me!!!! About 6 months ago i had a backfire while spraying at the track. It blew my air tube partially out of my Throttle Body. Ever since then It dosnt wat to idle right. When in gear and stopped th rpms will drop and then rise back up about 300 rpms almost stalling. When i hit the gas fast and back off in gear, sometimes it will stall. I have a 3600-3800 tci converter in it, but that should effect it at a stop right? Some one please help!!

Like maybe you blew out a plug or sensor at the
back of the manifold, or cracked the plastic, and
got a vacuum leak? Or just messed up the MAP
sensor somewhat?

If you had a lean nitrous pop, you probably burnt a couple plug up. The amount of damage depends on how lean it got I've seen the grounding strap be missing, literally melted away
