That is true, I looked it over, it "used" to be an F-Body. Those are the factory headlights and everything. I didn't get a picture of the interior I was too busy drooling. But the Interior had the stock dash board, that guy has a 1st class setup.

I just assumed a 6 second ride would most likely be a tube chassis car. Wow! That is bad ***!!!

I remember seeing that car at Moroso. I was amazed that it really was a production car converted over to what it is now. A+ job

Looks like an awesome car, but his "best time" pass sure sounds odd. High 6's should be in the 210 mph area not almost 240!!! Just a thought

I snapped a pic if this guys ride a few weeks back. He has a 467 Big Block, my mechanic buddy knows him, he said he spent about $150,000 building the entire car.

The track announcer said his best time this season was 6.87 @ 239 mph. I saw him do a few 7 sec runs.

Here's a pic:

This car is bad to the bone!

Bob.

If you set it up right you can get a back halve only car to run a good number....

Kevin Marsh's old 88 Mustang Coupe that Fast Times built the motor for and TRZ did the chassis for was just a back halve car and i think its best was a high 6 second pass...but it was consistently in the 7.dohs
