Default is this cam comparable to g5x2?? COMP 3729?

i found this cam for sale used and was possibly going to buy it, just didnt want anything much more extreme over the g5x2, i have heard X-ER lobes are a little more extreme?

also if anyone could tell me where this cam is going to "kick in"
anyways here are the cam specs
(1) RMS Custom Cam (CompCam)

Used, 230/238 with X-ER lobes .591/.605 lift on 114 LSA - the grind is a Comp #3729 "High Energy". Previous owner used for roughly 600 miles (went much bigger). For reference, this cam is very close to a LG G5-X2/114. Comes with cam card, and original box.

similar specs. G5X2 is 232/240 .595/.609 also ground on Comp lobes. Kicks in around 3k-3.5k rpm's.

So what? Just get a good set of PP"Gold" springs and measure your heights within specs.
