Co-worker's 5.0 vs 408 ls1 My car has been down for 3 months ever sinse I droped 2 rods back in June. Inbetween this time, a new guy at my work has a 90-91 5.0 with over 160 miles on the dash with headers, intake,flowmasters on the back, short throw shifter. He goes around at work asking people to race, and brags about his car like it was his job! A good friend of mine just got a new Gt (04) mustang, and starts talking with the 5.0 kid. The new guy starts telling him how bad he would beat his 04, and said he will teach him how 2 drive it before they would race! Im like WTF is this guys problem?!
Then I start to talk to him a about gm and Camaros (not knowing what I drive), he starts bashing Gm, "they are too slow,
and nothing but trash, who would buy one?"
My car will be done this week, with the HPE 408 stroker in the car with the 125 shot behind it!. I was going to race him just on motor only, but I think I should spray just 2 see the look on his face!

Sounds like he's the type of guy who would come up with every excuse in the book why he lost too. And it would never be the lower power of the car. He would blame his own driving first, thats worst case senario.

My plan is to tell him that I drive a camaro (not whats under the hood), sinse he has won against a stock LT1 before he will think its an easy race. 
My car looks stock all the way out, only tinded windows. I'll show him the car, he'll ask "want to rase" act like Im not sure then bet some $$$$. After the Bet is made I'll fire it up and do a little of this

hope everything works out! dont even get on the dope against him.... unless you just want to rape him for all he is worth...
I say hold off on the nitrous, you can get a few more races that way... and maybe even sandbag against him as well

I say race him from a dig N/A first(for $$$ of course) and then when he whines about I spun and couldn't get traction, agree to race him from a roll for double or nothing and spray the hell out of him

Well I looked at this in a couple ways. First I said F this clown. Spray him and stretch his *** out like a pair of small socks. Then if I thought if this fool has a little $$$ race him on motor and sand bag him until you feel it's your last race with him then spray him. I would put a couple of trains lenghts on him and from that point on every time he starts talking about automobiles PERIOD ( it could be about gas prices) I would yell at him as loud as I could SHUT THE FU_K UP!!!!!!!!!!
