Default Are Carsound Cats CA Smog Legal?

I need to get some cats for my exhaust system soon, and know that Carsound cats are great. But on ebay, it says that they will work everywhere except California. Anyone pass CA smog with these cats, or know if I can? They just need to pass the sniffer. Thanks

I think the law is that you can't use anything but OEM cats in cali, so the law says no, but I have never heard anyone failing for high-flow cats in cali, when going through state inspection.

it only passed because it was stock . i didnt mod it until after emissions testing. Your setup should pass the sniffer clean so your only worry would be visual, im sure you can find a shop that will take some $ and over look the LT's.

my car wont pass emissions in any shape or form , got 2 months to figure something out.

Well, you could take your mentor thing one stage further, and do a digital video of you taking off and re-intalling all your crap. Not that you don't do enough already though.
