Default will this help me pass inspection?

my car is throwing code p0410. ive changed the checkvalve and the air pipe to that side and still get the code...if i take it to the dealership to get it fixed im looking at a couple hundred bucks...instead of that if i get autotap and EFI live and delete the code will i pass inspection that way?.Thanks in advance

No you will not pass due to the fact that you reset all of your readiness test status bits when you delete a code or re-flash your VCM. It is implemented this way to keep people from having a car with defective emmission equipment and going by autozone and deleting their codes on the way to the testing station.
