If you guys are ready to roll now we can do the same deal as last time and have this finished by Monday.

Strange is no longer offering their f-body 12 bolt with the standard differential. It's now only available with their Super Strength posi. This will insure that you don't have any worries when bolting on sticky tires and pulling the front tires off the ground at the track. The Strange rears are pretty much ready to bolt in. The only assembly is moving the brakes from the stock rear to theirs. They will need to build brake backing plates into the rearend. This can be done by you supplying a set, purchasing a new set or using one of the cores that we have -

gmbbp Options: You will either need to send in your brake backing plates or you can purchase a set to be built into the rear (1998+). If your car has traction control you will need to send in your backing plates along with your axles so Strange can use the reluctor rings. $229.99

gmbbpcore Options: If you can't have any vehicle downtime we can charge you $229.99 for a set of backing plates and send them to Strange to be build into your rear. After your 12 bolt is installed you'd send your stock backing plates to us and we'd credit you $175.00. This option is only available if your car does not have traction control or the ABS at the axles.

The backing plates are only required for 1998+ cars.. $229.99

The GP price will be $2189.99 (regular price is $2429.99).

3 channel = no traction control and 4 channel = with traction control.

Orders can be placed online or by calling 1-877-4-TBYRNE (1-877-482-9763)

what if you have abs and want to keep it, but you don't care if you lose your traction control do you still have to send something in? I want to keep my abs but I all I want to do is slap on the rear change the brakes over and be ready to roll.

What about spools? Are they still available in the 12 bolt? I don`t want a posi. I also do not need any ABS or TCS. Just a spool, 4.11`s, 33 spline, 1/2"x3" wheel studs and narrowed 1". PM me with a price if available.

Thanks

I have a lowered car with relocation brakets welded on. Is there an option to have reloc. welded in, or will I need to have a new set put on once the rear is installed?

You won't need to send in your axles if you want to delete the traction control. You can either send in your brake backing plates, purchase a set through us or use one of the cores that we have.

Strange has never done a 2" 's off each side for a drop in street application. They said that they can do it, although it is not recommended. If he does
decide to purchase it, and has a clearance issue, They are not responsible for any clearance issues. This would be considered a custom application so you'll need to take full responsibility for fitment.

What about spools? Are they still available in the 12 bolt? I don`t want a posi. I also do not need any ABS or TCS. Just a spool, 4.11`s, 33 spline, 1/2"x3" wheel studs and narrowed 1". PM me with a price if available.
The same would apply to this rear is if it narrowed. They currently don't offer a spool in this rear. The prices for shortened street rears will be the same as the standard version.

You'll need to have a set welded on after the rear is installed.

So the only people that use a different back spacing offset on their rims for a better tuck in the wheel well are only using Moser.
