Default Which headers give the most ground clearance on a lowered car?

I am changing my exhaust system from borla w/ big y pipe and tts headers to a true tsp dual setup. My passenger bank header scapes from time to time. I would like to know if there are any brands that tuck up closer to the floorboard.

Almost all of them are around the same clearance, EXCEPT for the SLP's which have the worst. I hear the Kooks and QTP's and FLP's tuck the best but are the most expensive.

My Kooks tuck up nice. They don't hang any lower than the stock set up did. The SFC's (BMR Tubular weld in) actually hang lower than the headers.

My pacesetters tucked up very nicely. I mean VERY nicely. You Can hardly tell they are there unless you take a hard look. Very cheap...decent quality, especially for the price.

if price is the issue....get pacesetter....if you can tho id say go Hooker or Jet-hot i you can push the few extra bucks...and if you can...i believe LS1speed sells Kooks headers for around 550 (headers only) which dont seem to shabby to me (im personally a QTP fan)

Mac mid lengths might offer the most clearance and are also among the cheapest.

give or take a few horses....18-22 is seen quite often it like....

QTP claims there headers gained 18...but guys here have seen plenty more....theres guys with duals and pacesetter seeing 22

it all depends on how your car adapts...and what application you are using

All LT's will flow practically the same. There really is no room for differences. Prices vary upon quality and coating.

i kno Kooks QTP are pretty much identical....the basic difference is the Y-pipe and cats...as well QTP option of the High velocity header collector...QTP's i have seen seem to be better quality...to me atleast...adn the Y is more appealing

My pacesetters tuck really good with good quality, easy install and I used tsp's new y pipe and have no problem with ground clearence and I have sportlines on my car now. I had the tsp td's before and could not get the ground clearence with these springs but with the pro kit there is supposed to be no problem. The td's quality and sound are awsome!

Best clearance for an LT header: Stainlessworks with their 2.5" Y pipe. I also have Mac Mids on my 94 and they have fantastic clearance.

The MAC mid's offer the best clearence, bet you lose bottom end torque. The best will be jet hots or hooker LT's. Worse choice would be the slp LT's
