03 WS6? There is no such thing as an 03. The last year was 02. As far as installing the headers it depends on what brand.

Wink

Most have found it totally IMPOSSIBLE to install headers on an '03 WS6.
On an '02 it will take some time but isn't too difficult (unless they are SLP LTs) if you're machanically inclined.

All longtube headers go in from the bottom. Common install prices are $200-400 depending upon the brand and the amount of hassle. Try a search for the brand you have and you may find more information (removing EGR and AIR etc).

When I put my headers in they slid in real easy. I lowered my K-member about an inch to give some more clearence. The part that took the longest was getting out the exhaust manifolds and cats. It shouldn't take too long it is fairly easy to do.

I had no experience working on cars and installed my FLP headers and the rest of the exhaust in a day and a half by my self. I could of got it done all in one day but ran into complications with the stock cat bolts and ended up having to saw them off. Also had to get a new dipstick because I was impatiant and tried to bend it to get it back in. DO NOT BEND THE DIPSTICK! Its a pain in the *** but just take your time, it will go back in. I have heard LS1 headers are easier to install then LT1. So if you have done an LT1 you should be fine. Good luck.
